Lg. La Paz Upright Agave (agave datylio)

A medium-sized Agave with a suckering rosette of numerous, strongly keeled, stiff, succulent, pale green leaves to 150 cm (5 ft.) in diameter. It is native to hot and extremely dry, sandy, low desert regions in Baja California Sur, Mexico, where it forms large stands in some places. It's hard to beat its drought resistance and will get along well in even the most parched places without irrigation.
